TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We manufacture and sell Gold ornaments  of 22K and 18K purity. Our ornaments bear the identification mark of BIS Hallmark and our company or manufacture logo.
2. Our Diamond ornaments always comes with IGI, GIA or SGL certificates of the respective jewellery and BIS Hallmark.
3. All our Gemstones are certified by 3rd party labs like Gemlab, DGLA and GSI.
4. Only certified jewellery of the correct carat, weight, price and purity along with proper Tax Invoice are sold by us.

1. We accept all types of payment terms viz. Cash, Card, Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, UPI.
2.  Customers need to provide PAN card or Aadhaar Card if the invoice amount exceeds Rupees 2 Lakh.
3. Incase of cheque bounce, Rs 500/- and interest @ 24% will be charged till the date of realization of the payment.
4. All deliveries will be made strictly against payment terms. Incase of Bank Transfer payments, materials will be delivered 4 hrs. from the time of credit to the Account.
5. No Credit will be allowed under any circumstances.

1. Items once sold cannot be returned for full invoice value.
2. We accept return only if ornaments are brought to the store within 7 days of the date of invoice along with original invoice and certificates issued and is in unused condition. The company will always have the right to deny the return if ornaments are found in unsatisfactory or used condition.
3. In case of amount return, 90% of the Gold value of the current prevailing rate will be paid and payment will be made in terms of Bank transfer within 72 hrs. from the date and time of return initiation.
4. In case of replacement of ornaments for new ornaments, 100% of the invoice value will be credited to the customer's book in our store if brought within 7 days in unused conditions.
5. If days exceed more than 7 days or items are in used conditions, only 100% gold value will be considered. Any making charges, other charges and taxes will be deducted.
6. Charges or taxes will be returned only if item is brought to us within 7 Days from the date of invoice in unused condition, failing to which will result in deduction of charges and taxes.

5. If days exceed more than 7 days or items are in used conditions, only gold and diamond value will be considered. Any making charges, other charges and taxes will be deducted.
6. There is no buyback value on  Colour & Semi-precious stones, Astrological Stones, Silver articles and ornaments.
7. Charges or taxes will be returned only if item is brought to us within 7 Days from the date of invoice in unused condition, failing to which will result in deduction of charges and taxes.

Old Gold Exchange Process

We ensure a transparent, accurate, and trustworthy method to evaluate and exchange your old gold. Here’s how the process works:

1. Melting in Front of You

All old gold—whether hallmarked (24K, 22K, 18K) or non-hallmarked—is melted in your presence. This eliminates surface impurities and prepares the gold for a precise purity test.

2. Purity Check

Once melted, the gold’s purity is tested using a certified Karatmeter, which determines the exact karat (e.g., 24K, 22K, 21.5K, etc.).

3. Valuation

After purity testing:

• The net weight and tested karat are calculated.

• The value is determined using the current market rate.

• No rate cuts or hidden deductions are applied. You receive full value based on actual purity.

Important Note on Non-Hallmarked Gold

To align non-hallmarked gold with hallmarking standards, a standard refining wastage is applied.

This accounts for the expected loss during purification, which is necessary to bring the gold up to pure hallmark quality for future productions.

No rate reduction is ever made.

1. The  Company is not responsible for any damage/weight loss of jewellery due to wear and tear or usage of the ornaments purchased by the customer .
2. Before leaving the showroom Customers are requested to kindly check the ornaments along with the weight and purity while purchasing them.
3. Once sold, no complaints regarding above will be entertained.
4. All jewellery are breakable and subject to wear and tear. Please handle carefully.
5. Any dispute is subjected to Kolkata High Court Jurisdiction.
